“Panel members bring an independent voice and perspective to the conversation.”

Although currently retired, I have worked as a Senior Manager in the NHS and run my own Leadership and Executive Coaching business, along with lecturing at Coventry University on Human Resources. I am currently a school Governor and work as a Ley Member on NHS panels and for the Department of Health.

I would encourage other customers to join the Customer Voice Panel as members hold the organisation's executives to account on their actions as well as bringing insight from a wider customer perspective.
