Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility and accountability for the collection rents, service charges and other income, sustainable tenancy support, managing empty homes and lettings.
Experience:
Michael has worked in the Local Authority and Social Housing sector for over 25 years. Starting his career as an apprentice for a Local Authority, Michael has a Degree in Housing Studies and exposure to all areas of Housing Operations with specific interest in customer engagement service delivery. He has experience working in rural and urban Housing environments.
