Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility and accountability for the effective delivery of our Hub customer contact centre service and the collection rents and other income.
Experience:
Michael has worked in the Local Authority and Social Housing sector for over 25 years. Starting his career as an apprentice for a Local Authority, Michael has a Degree in Housing Studies and exposure to all areas of Housing Operations with specific interest in customer engagement service delivery. He has experience working in rural and urban Housing environments.
