We’re bringing our grounds maintenance contracts in house

As of 1 December 2023, we will be delivering our grounds maintenance services in Lincolnshire and the East Midlands in house, adding an additional 800 sites to those we are already responsible for.

This service has been provided by a number of contractors over the last few years, but after our recent review we believe a more consistent service and better experience will be delivered by the in house teams, as currently enjoyed by our customers in other parts of the country.

Over the next few months we will continue to provide updates about our improvement plans and how this exciting development may change your grounds maintenance service.

The contractors have assured us they will work with us over the next few months and continue to provide a service but should you spot anything that you think needs attention then please let us know through the normal channels and we will respond as quickly as possible.
