A New Way to Book a Repair Appointment

We're making it even easier for our customers to manage routine home repairs. From 5 August, our new Book a Repair service will allow you to book a repair appointment online, choosing a time that suits you without needing to call.
This new feature will be available on the Your Platform customer portal, giving you more choice, flexibility, and convenience when reporting repairs. Once live, eligible customers will be able to log in, describe the repair needed, and pick an appointment slot that works best for them.
This service will be launched as a pilot, which means it will not be available to all customers immediately. pilot will be available to existing customers with a Your Platform account with an eligible tenancy - if this is you the new options will appear on your portal from the 5th August.
We are starting with a smaller group so we can get it right, listen to feedback, and improve the service before offering it more widely. If you are not included in this pilot, you can still report repairs using our online Repair Reporting Form or by phoning us on 0333 200 7304. For any Emergency repairs, please continue to call us so that we can respond as quickly as possible.
