Our Accreditations and Certifications

This is an internationally recognised standard that specifies requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an Information Security Management System – or ISMS.

Achieving the certification confirms we have implemented comprehensive information security controls and our systematic approach to continuously improving and managing the protection of the confidentiality, integrity and availability of company, customer and partner data.

Together with Tenants is a charter formed by the National Housing Federation and aims to strengthen the relationship between residents and their landlords.
We are part of 130 early adopter organisations and have been working with our residents to test out this charter – reviewing their processes and structures, and refocusing the culture of their organisations.

The Disability Confident scheme is a voluntary government scheme and aims to help employers make the most of the opportunities provided by employing disabled people.

The commitments we have agreed to are inclusive and accessible recruitment, communicating vacancies, offering an interview to disabled people, providing reasonable adjustments, and supporting existing employees.

The Alzheimer’s Society’s Dementia Friends programme is the biggest ever initiative to change people’s perceptions of dementia and aims to transform the way the nation thinks, acts and talks about the condition.

We are proud to have signed the Armed Forces Covenant and we are armed forces-friendly, helping to support those who serve or who have served.
