To be eligible you must be aged 60+ or 55+ if in receipt of PIP/DLA. 

Stanhope Court has 18 self contained independent living unfurnished apartments each with their own kitchen, lounge, bathroom and a double bedroom. 

Available shortly is a one bedroom 2nd floor floor apartment that is suitable for couple or single person.

If you are accepted and do become a Platform Housing Group tenant, you will be offered a starter tenancy. If there have been no breaches or issues within the first year of your tenancy you will be considered for an assured lifetime tenancy.   

Please be aware Housing Benefit / Universal Credit will only pay for the property you are living in, and you will need to give notice on your current tenancy.    

If you are successful in being offered this property you will be contacted by the Lettings Officer and you will need to complete an application form. At this stage the Lettings Officer will confirm the rent and service charges.
