Property Care, our repairs and maintenance service arm, are starting to deliver on ambitious growth plans across the whole of the Group, starting in Lincolnshire and the Midlands with an aim to roll out across all our service areas.

Malcolm Kaszics, who is based in Louth, has been appointed Assistant Director of Property Care for the Central and East Region and reports that the expansion of the Property Care’s in house maintenance teams see’s two new posts being based at our Lincolnshire hub. These are the first new posts to be created in this area in the last 2 and half years and is only the start. Void works and responsive repairs, which were previously outsourced, will be bought back in house with opportunities for any affected individuals to become part of our Property Care business through TUPE arrangements.
We are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Manager and a Plumber but there will be more vacancies being advertised over the next few months, including apprentice opportunities and work experience placements in conjunction with local schools, all of which will be advertised on this website on the 'Join our team' page - as well as through our Twitter @Platformhousing and our LinkedIn page
