Following the latest government lockdown announcement (effective 5th November 2020) it is very much business as usual across Platform Housing Group.
All our day to day services will continue including:
Gas safety checks and repairs
Compliance activities relating to the safety of yourself and your home
Planned installation works (Kitchen, Bathroom, Boilers)
If we need to enter your home during lockdown, we will continue to take all social distancing, personal protective equipment precautions and other appropriate safety measures necessary to ensure you and our team are safe. In return we ask that you keep your social distance and think about our visit beforehand to enable works to go ahead safely.
If you would prefer us to not attend your home as planned, please contact us and we will cancel your repair until you are happy to have this completed at a later date.
Your safety is key and now all of us are spending more time at home, servicing your boilers and checking your gas and electrical supplies are more important than ever, so these appointments cannot be cancelled, please let us in to carry out these essential works.
