Our Performance

The year to March 2019 included the formation of the Group in October 2018.  Against a back drop of significant integration the Group has performed strongly, recording a surplus for the year of £67m and a net margin of 19%, which increases to 24% after adjusting for non-cash pension scheme movements. 

The Group successfully completed 1,598 affordable new homes in the year, of which 458 are let on a social rent, 683 on an affordable rent and 457 offered for sale on a shared ownership basis. In addition the Group was named as a strategic partner with Homes England, bringing with it a further £71m of grant funding to enable work on developing an additional 1,800 homes over the next 3 years.  

The Group’s annual accounts show what has been achieved over the last financial year, demonstrate how we effectively manage the risks we face, and outlines how we plan to further the best interests of our customers, communities and partners in the years to come.
