Platform Housing is the largest housing association in the Midlands and one of the largest in the country, owning over 45,000 homes. Over the last 2 years, we have built more social and affordable homes in England than any other social housing provider and are a strategic partner for Homes England.

We are committed to active and sustained engagement with the credit community in supporting the business achieve its core social purpose. That purpose is to expand the availability of affordable homes across the Midlands in order to alleviate the housing shortage across the region and provide enhanced life prospects for more local people.

The purpose of this section of our website is to support that engagement strategy by providing the credit community with key information related to Platform Housing’s financial and operational performance and its debt financing arrangements.

Platform Housing is committed to maintaining a resilient business profile and to maintaining a strong investment grade credit rating. It is currently rated A+ (with a stable outlook) by Standard & Poor’s.
