Rent Increase from 1st April
Our rents are reviewed yearly in line with government guidelines for housing associations. Following this year’s review we are increasing rents by 4.1%. For more information about how and why rent is reviewed please download our Rent Increase FAQ [pdf] 56KB.
We know that times are hard and household budgets are stretched, which is why the decision to increase rents was not one we took lightly. We have tried to strike a balance between keeping rents affordable and making sure we can maintain the quality of our homes and neighbourhoods.
