Like many organisations up and down the country, some of our services are being affected by a reduced number of colleagues available to carry them out; this is due to COVID infection rates.

This may affect our ability to attend non-emergency appointments.

As we are experiencing a high level of calls to our Platform Hub, we would ask you to log any non-emergency repairs through our customer portal: http://your.platformhg.com/

If we are unable to attend an appointment, we will let you know, either by phone or by text if we can't reach you. We will arrange a new appointment as quickly as we can.
