Monday is the most popular time that customers make contact so longer than normal hold times are to be expected.
The best time to make contact today would be after 2pm for any non-urgent repairs or housing enquiries.
Tuesday
We expect high call volumes today so hold times are longer than expected.

Wednesday
We expect high call volumes this morning so hold times may be longer than expected.
The best time to make contact would be after 1pm for any non-urgent repairs or housing enquiries.
Thursday
We expect high call volumes this morning so hold times may be longer than expected.

Friday
Fridays can be one of our best days to call especially between 10.00-12.00am and 2.00-4.00pm where we tend to see our lowest call volumes.
Bank Holidays
Our contact centre is closed over bank holidays for any non-urgent calls.
