David has extensive experience working in a number of roles over his housing career, ranging from housing management to development.
Jon has worked within Information Technology and Business Improvement for over 18 years with experience in the telecommunications sector and local government. He has an MBA and is also an ITIL certified Expert.
Catherine’s extensive housing sector knowledge is focused on transformational change. She’s a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Marion has worked in social housing for over 30 years and has extensive knowledge of providing excellent services for customers and communities and effectively managing the teams that deliver these services.
A change management expert, Clare has over 25 years HR experience, in both the public and private sectors. She enjoys encouraging and developing colleagues to be the best that they can be and seeing the positive impact of this on customer service and delivery.
Richard has been in housing for almost 30 years and also has local authority and government agency experience. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Andy is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and has worked in Housing for 15 years. He has experience in the private sector and the NHS and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Clare has worked across a range of housing settings and is passionate about delivering high quality, high performing services for customers.
Dennis has held senior positions at London & Quadrant, The Guinness Partnership Ltd, and Sanctuary Maintenance Contractors Ltd, the commercial subsidiary of Sanctuary Group.
Dennis has more than 30 years’ experience in the property sector.
Denis has 25 years’ experience as Director of and Consultant to housing associations.
David is owner of a national property asset management company.
Mark is Director of a housing consultancy advising on governance, mergers, major projects and finance.
Philip has a background in financial services and was previously Chief Executive of a regional building society.
Steve is a media specialist with extensive knowledge of the industry.
Chris has almost 20 years experience in the social housing sector within corporate banking.
Jeff has working experience at senior levels or consultancy in some twenty social housing organisations. Experience of training, employment and management with registered providers, councils and ALMO’s, plus direct labour organisations, environmental health and private sector housing.
Helen works for NHS Worcestershire as Deputy Director of Primary Care. She also has senior commissioning experience.
Jennifer has a background in the property and construction industry and was previously Director of Estates for a major university.
